Immediately electronic mailed MOSHYA HOME FURNISHINGS. They responded with 10% off. We rejected, the whole thing else was all put together! 07/11/11 They asked for photographs, we sent them right away. 07/15/11 They despatched message they might send tracking # the next day to come as the article was once on again order. 08/11/11 said was once still on back order, for me to be guaranteed it used to be ordered and paid for !!! 09/16/11, I sent electronic mail, no response. Called Co phone #, voice field full. 10/14/11 known as Co, message field nonetheless full and no response from Co considering that 08/11/11 We right now have our table and three chairs and 1 stool as we're a household of four. If they ever abide by their written response I will endorse this referral.

First, the shipment promised used to be delayed by greater than a week; then when it arrived, it was in one field (all 4 chairs and table)completely broken down, in order that we needed to hire a handyman to put it together. There were NO instructions within the box and the chairs didn't have the brace proven on the picture. The table was once fine; then again, we had to have the handyman return to connect the slats in the chair backs once more as insufficient glue used to be integrated. I most definitely would have been better off buying this set or identical locally; between the price of the items online, shipping, and the price of the labor to complete it, it was no longer value it.

There was a drawback with shipping, we didn't assume we were going to get it. It did prove arriving on the final day of the shipping window. The biggest downside was that the complete thing used to be totally flat within the boxes, even the chairs!!! It took us a VERY very long time to gather.
